Systems Approaches to Knowledge, Technology and Service Management

第17届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2016)是2003年底通过4届KSS国际会议孕育而生的国际知识与系统科学学会（ISKSS）的年会（www.iskss.org)。KSS国际会议创始成员除若干日本的大学外，还包括中国大陆系统科学与系统工程研究教育的三家著名单位：中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院（AMSS-CAS），大连理工大学和清华大学。ISKSS目前为国际系统研究联合会成员单位。自2014年12月起，清华大学经管学院陈剑教授担任ISKSS会长，AMSS-CAS唐锡晋研究员为副会长和秘书长。

KSS’2016由日本甲南大学承办，大会主席为：陈剑教授、ISKSS首任会长中森义辉教授和甲南大学岳五一教授。协办单位包括中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院、日本北陆先端科学技术大学院大学(JAIST)、大连理工大学、清华大学、华东理工大学、中国系统工程学会等。会议论文集由Springer出版社正式出版。2016年KSS会议主题为：“知识、技术与服务管理的系统方法”。

摘要提交：2016年9月4日（9月9日通知是否录用）

会期：2016年11月4-6日

每篇全文投稿将由程序委员会至少3位评审评议。此外，全部投稿将由Springer提供的查重服务进行查重处理，未通过查重稿件不送审。全文会议论文集由Springer出版社出版，属于Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) 系列（EI检索）。程序委员会将对论文修改稿(camera-ready version)作最终审核，若修改未达到评审要求，或英文撰写质量达不到基本要求，全文不会被收录到会议论文集中，并转为摘要录取，注册的作者仍能参会并以墙报方式会上交流。
