Aims and Topics: Service Economy, Service Management related to activities of economy and management of multi-disciplinary fields. Combination of these activities and Risk Analysis will enable the growth and understanding of services and best risk-based management practices. This Symposium will bring together researchers who have different backgrounds and disciplines, and provide a set of opportunities to discuss issues. Speakers include editors from different journals will speak at the conference. After the Symposium, some of the papers will be recommended to be published at Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI) and Expert Systems.
