第21届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2022)，线上会议（国内珠海），6月11-12日

第21届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2022)是2003年底通过4届KSS国际会议孕育而生的国际知识与系统科学学会（ISKSS，www.iskss.org）的年会。KSS国际会议创始成员除日本的若干大学外，中国系统工程学会国际学术交流工作委员会成员所属三家著名单位：中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院（AMSS-CAS），大连理工大学和清华大学亦参与其中。ISKSS目前为国际系统研究联合会(IFSR)成员单位。自2014年12月起，清华大学经管学院陈剑教授担任ISKSS会长，AMSS-CAS唐锡晋研究员为副会长兼秘书长。
因全球新冠肺炎疫情， 原定于KSS2019之后回归中国大陆举办的KSS年会中断。2021年底筹备重启，采用境外代表线上参会，境内代表线下有限聚集方式举办。KSS2022大会主席为：陈剑教授和狄增如教授，主题为：“Systems Thinking to the Impact of Pandemic and Knowledge Support”。会议网址：https://kss2022.casconf.cn/，会议信息更新：https://easychair.org/cfp/KSS2022 。

全文会议论文集由Springer出版社出版，属于Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) 系列（EI检索）。本次会议采用双盲评审模式。每篇全文投稿将由技术程序委员会至少3位评审评议。程序委员会将对论文修改稿(camera-ready version)作最终审核，若修改未达到评审要求，或英文撰写质量达不到基本要求，或未通过Springer指定工具iThenticate的查重检查，论文将不被收录到全文会议论文集中，并转为摘要录取，注册作者仍能参会交流。会议论文集收录论文将根据评审结果、宣讲质量以及出版商网站文章下载量等因素推荐论文修改稿到SCI期刊Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering 发表（需再审）。
若作者赶不及投稿全文，可提交长摘要（英文至少2页以上），进入双盲评审。根据评审结果及作者意愿，推荐作者完成全文转由Journal of Systems Science and Information评审，若通过录取后在2022年出版，同时作者须注册KSS2022并参会交流。
本次会议得到中国科协2021年度全国学会期刊出版能力提升计划国际学术交流和产业发展服务项目的资助。
